Thank you for choosing to stay at our townhouse in the heart of Sloan’s Lake! We hope you enjoy your stay. Here’s some information that we think you might need:

Keyless Entry & Security

• Check-In Code: Provided in your check-in message.

• To Lock the Door: Tap the screen → Enter the 2-digit code → Press the lock icon (bottom-right).

• To Re-enter: Enter the same 2-digit code before your full entry code appears.
  

Garage Access

• Two garage clickers are provided.

• Garage entry is on the ground floor.

• Upon checkout, return both clickers to the key tray on the second floor.
  Lost clickers incur a $100 fee each.
  

WiFi & Entertainment

Roku Streaming & Audio System

• Roku Code: 7261 (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV available)

• Universal Remote Instructions:

  • For Roku/TV: Press TV → Power On → Use remote as normal.

  • For Surround Sound (Denon System):

    1. Press Audio → Power On.

    2. Confirm mode: “TV DTS NE016 CINEMA” via the Source Select dial.

    3. Confirm volume: “TV M.VOL. -35.0DB” via Master Volume dial or remote.

Pull-Out Couch

• Located in the living room.

• Lift the cushion nearest the window to access bedding:

  • 1 sheet

  • 1 comforter

  • 2 pillows with cases

  • 1 quilt

Note: Please fold the mattress back into the sofa before departure and place the used linens on the floor.

Workstation Setup

Located on the first floor, equipped with:

• Dual monitors

• Adjustable standing desk (use arrows beneath desk)

• Microsoft-compatible docking station

• Printer and shredder

Note: We ensure the toner and paper are resupplied, but if the printer runs out, please let me know.

Towels, Linens & Laundry

Linen Closet Access Removed

The linen closet is now locked due to past misuse. Only maid service and maintenance personnel have access.

• Primary Bedroom Closet:

  • 2 extra bath towels

  • 4 face towels

  • 4 hand towels

• Primary Bathroom:

  • 2 bath towels

  • 2 hand towels

  • 2 face towels

• Guest Bedroom:

  • 2 bath towels

• Half Bathrooms (2 total):

  • 1 hand towel each

• All beds are pre-made with clean linens

• Pull-out couch linens are located under the cushion

Note: Please place the used towels on the floor of each bathroom.

Each of the four bathrooms includes:

• 3 rolls of toilet paper (guests must replenish after use)

• Hand soap (pre-filled dispensers)

• Trash bags

• Basic cleaning supplies

• Primary & Guest Full Baths:

  • 2 hair dryers

• Fire extinguisher: Under the kitchen sink

• Basic first aid: In the pantry

Emergency Fire Extinguisher Guide

A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink for your safety.

How to Use (PASS Method)

• P – Pull the pin to unlock the handle

• A – Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire

• S – Squeeze the handle slowly and evenly

• S – Sweep the nozzle side to side

Use only on small, contained fires (e.g., stovetop grease, paper trash). If the fire grows or you feel unsafe, evacuate immediately and call 911.

Trash & Recycling

Pickup Schedule

• Trash & Recycling Day: Every Wednesday

• Time: Place bins on curb by 7:00 AM

Instructions

• Please return bins to the side of the house after pickup.

• Trash Bin: Bag all trash. No loose items.

• Recycling Bin – Allowed:

  • Clean cardboard (flattened)

  • Plastic bottles & jugs

  • Aluminum cans

  • Paper (no waxed paper)

Not Allowed in Recycling:

• Food waste

• Plastic bags

• Glass

• Greasy pizza boxes

• Styrofoam

• Wires or electronics

Note: Improper sorting may result in fines from the city or missed pickups.

Hot Tub Access & Wellness Guide

Our rooftop hot tub is designed to help you relax, recharge, and soak in the Denver skyline. It’s professionally maintained for your comfort and safety.

Hot Tub Maintenance (We Handle This)

To ensure a stress-free stay, guests are not responsible for any hot tub maintenance. However, for full transparency:

• ✅ Drained, cleaned, and refilled every 2 months

• ✅ Filters cleaned or replaced monthly based on use

• ✅ Water balanced and sanitized with a FROG floating cartridge system

• ✅ Tested regularly by our handyman to maintain safe pH and bromine levels

Note: Notice the floating device upside down?
That’s the FROG cartridge signaling it’s empty. The gray side facing up means it needs replacement.
Please message us immediately if you see this, and we’ll send someone to replace it.

SpaZazz Aromatherapy Additives (Optional & Provided)

To elevate your hot tub experience, we’ve included two luxury SpaZazz soaks:

1. SpaZazz Muscle Therapy

• Benefits: Helps reduce muscle soreness, joint pain, and inflammation—perfect after a gym session or long walks

• Scent Profile: Clean, minty, therapeutic

• When to Use: After physical activity or before bed for recovery

2. SpaZazz Stress Therapy

• Benefits: Supports deep relaxation, reduces anxiety, and encourages restful sleep

• Scent Profile: Calming lavender and herbal blend

• When to Use: In the evening, or any time you want to wind down

How Much to Add

• Standard Dose:
  ➤ Add 1 capful per person (approx. 1–2 tablespoons)
  ➤ Do not exceed 4 capfuls total per soak

• When to Add:
  ➤ Right before entering the hot tub
  ➤ Swirl the water briefly with your hand to dissolve the crystals
  ➤ Leave cover open for 5–10 minutes after adding
  

Safety & Overuse Warning

• SpaZazz products are non-toxic and spa-safe, but overuse may lead to:

  • Foamy water

  • Cloudiness or filter stress

  • Scent buildup in water

• Do not add multiple doses during a single session

• Never mix with cleaning or unknown chemical products

• If unsure about water clarity or smell, contact us right away — we’ll handle it

Enjoy panoramic Denver views from the rooftop deck, equipped with:

• Fire pit

Note: These are professionally maintained on a monthly basis.

House Rules

• No smoking indoors. Outdoor patios only (bring your own ashtray).

• Respect quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Don’t block fire hydrants or park curbside during street sweeping or Broncos games.

Checkout Checklist

• Turn off all lights

• Load and run the dishwasher

• Replace covers on the hot tub and fire pit

• Place all dirty linens on the bathroom floor

• Return garage clickers to the key tray

• Return remotes to the coffee table

• Thermostat Adjustment:

  • Winter: Set to 65°F

  • Summer: Set to 72°F
    (This helps maintain a moderate temperature and conserve energy)

• Lock all doors and windows

• Double-check for all personal belongings
